1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
• Not classified as final sale or non-returnable items

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards and digital memberships
• Personal care items that have been opened (toothpaste, skincare, etc.)
• Food and beverage products
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" on product page
• Software or SaaS subscriptions after activation or download
• Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
• Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide reason for return and photos if applicable (for damaged items)
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
4. Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories
5. Ship to provided return address (customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective)
6. Include your order number and return authorization inside the package

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Inspection typically takes 2-3 business days
• Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Credit applied to original payment method
• Processing times vary by financial institution (typically 5-10 business days)
• You will receive email confirmation once refund is issued

5. Refund Amount

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. The following are non-refundable:

• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping costs (unless item is defective or our error)
• International duties, taxes, or customs fees
• Restocking fees (if applicable, will be disclosed before return)

If a refund is approved, we will deduct any applicable fees and refund the balance.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We will arrange return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customer error (changed mind, wrong size, etc.): Customer pays return shipping
• Our error (wrong item, defective, damaged): We provide prepaid shipping label
• We recommend insured and trackable shipping. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

9. International Returns

For international orders:

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method with customs declaration
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect items (may take longer due to customs)

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 15 business days:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement
• Contact your financial institution (processing times vary)
• Check your email for refund confirmation

11. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement (free cancellation)
• After 1 hour, items may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled

• If order has shipped, follow return process instead

12. Gift Cards and Digital Products

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable
• Digital products (SaaS, software) are non-refundable after activation or download
• Membership fees are non-refundable after access is granted

13. Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 of the following year for full refund or exchange.
